The stone is translucent yellow with a few white flakes. The base is flat, and the rim is plain. It is broken and mended. One side is missing.

From Zawyet el-Aryan, Z 500. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
