DescriptionThe stone is white and gray speckled with black. The stone is thick and heavy. The base is flat, and the rim is plain. It is broken and mended. Half of the bowl is missing.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Menkaura (Menkaura) Valley Temple, Giza. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
