This string of beads includes: twenty-nine amethyst barrel beads, twenty-seven carnelian ball beads, one carnelian lenticular bead, one carnelian ring bead, one carnelian scarab, one carnelian beetle, one amazonite cylinder bead, ten garnet beads and seven reddish-purple glass beads of various shapes.

From Elkab. 1897, excavated by J. E. Quibell for the Egyptian Research Account , assigned to the Egyptian Research Account in the division of finds by the government of Egypt; given to the MFA by the ERA in response for contributions.
