DescriptionThis string of beads contains about 287 ring beads (several of which are double ring beads), one biconical bead, one barrel bead, two ball beads, one disc bead, and two misshapen quatrefoil beads all of blue faience, and 3 black faience small ball beads.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Sheikh Farag SF 99. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
