DescriptionEach spoon is forged from a single piece of silver and has a deep oval bowl, a rat tail, a flattened stem, and a dog-nose terminus. On the back of the stem is an engraved cartouche containing a pillow and traces of obliterated initials.
Marks On back of stem, maker's mark B (similar to Grimwade 154); Britannia; lion's head erased; date letter i.
