DescriptionThe stone has brown and white veins. The base is flat, and the rim is rolled and everted. It is broken and mended. Half of the jar is missing.
ProvenanceFrom Zawyet el-Aryan, Z 500. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
