DescriptionLinen fragment into which is woven a tapestry band; ground of pinkish red wool; design of blue, yellow, pink and dark and light green wool and natural-colored linen. In the center of the band is a roundel enclosing a putto holding a basket (?); animals alternating with plant motifs flank the central motif. Design shows Blyzantine influence. Tapestry is probably a sleeve band.
