Fragment of a medallion woven with pink, red, reddish violet, orange, green, and black wool, on a ground of neutral yellow wool. Much worn. Design consists of a square with a semi-circular motif projecting from each of its four sides, forming a composition related to the eight-pointed motif. A roundel that contains stylized human figures is in the centre of the composition and each of the semi-circular units contains a bird. Floral motifs are in each of the four corners of the square.
