Warp of linen; ground of natural colored linen, in which is woven a band of violet wool detailed with a tracery of fine yellow wool consisting of connected hexagon motifs, each enclosing a vine leaf. Flanking this ornament are jars and vine leaves; at one end is a block of violet with a linen hare (?). Sewed onto a piece of natural colored linen. Design shows Roman influence.
