Warp of linen; ground of red wool, design in dark blue, yellow, red and green wool and natural-colored linen. The lower right part of the fragment shows a haloed figure holding sheaves; cow heads flank the head of the figure; the scene depicts the dream of the Patriarch Joseph. The central area in the lower half of the roundel shows a candelabra-like motif flanked by two haloed male figures. A circular medallion in the centre of the medallion encloses an equestrian figure. The frame consists of two borders, one encloses a scroll motif with animal heads and the other shows another scroll with lotus-like flowers. Sewed to a piece of wool.
