Warp of linen; in the center is a bust of a haloed female figure inside a roundel surrounded by four animals including two lions (?) and four floral motifs; the design is woven with red, blue, green, yellow, orange and dark brown wool; the ground of the area surrounding the roundel is of linen; the border encloses heart-shaped motifs. Design shows Byzantine influence.
