DescriptionDouble domed cover with wooden finial. The handle is metal, painted black; the knob is painted wood. The body was made using the "reverse mold" technique, with two identical vessels soldered together and with a solder line visible as a horizontal band across the middle of the vessel. There are strainer holes at the juncture of the spout and the bowl.
Marks "R. GLEASON" in depressed rectangle with raised letters.
