DescriptionElliptical fluted teapot with bright-cut bands and tassled garlands, flared spout and hinged lid with pinecone finial; wooden handle a replacement. Engraved monogram OEG in bright-cut ellipse over center angle on each side.
ProvenanceOzias and Elizabeth Goodwin, m. 1784; descended in the family to the donor, who gave it to the Museum in 1968.
