Fillet border.
Reverse: Tyche of Antioch, seated on rocks to right, wearing mural crown, extending palm-branch.
At her feet swims personification of river Orontes, facing.
At right and left inscription in Greek. Monograms on rock and above head of swimmer.
All within wreath.
