DescriptionObverse: Head of deified Alexander the Great to right with Ammon's horns, broad band in hand, and hair covered by elephant skin (aegis also?).
Reverse: Athena Alkidemos advancing to right, spear in raised right hand, shield on left arm; she wears crested Attic helmet, chiton girded over overfold, and a scarf with "swallow tail" ends which passes forward from the back, is drawn up and thrown back again over both shoulders.

At right, inscription in Greek and small eagle with closed wings.
