Obverse: Bust of Mithradates II to right with close beard, hair arranged in ridges. He wears a diadem, spiral necklace, and cuirass.
Fillet border.
Reverse: Demeter, wearing chiton and peplos, seated left. One leg of the seat consists of winged female monster. In right hand Demeter holds Nike with wreath; in left hand. cornucopia.
Inscription in Greek at right and left; inscription in Greek and monogram below.
