Obverse: Bust of Orodes II to left, close beard; hair flowing; wart on forehead; wears diadem with long hanging ends; spiral necklace with projection; and cuirass with rosette and leaf ornament.
Border of dots.
Reverse: Orodes II wearing tunic and loose trousers seated right on throne, raises right arm of Tyche of City, clad in chiton and turreted head-dress, kneeling on one knee before him and holding sceptre in left hand.
Inscriptions in Greek and monograms in field.
