Obverse: Head of Philetairos laureate to right.
Beaded border.
Reverse: Athena seated to left on throne, her right hand on shield standing before her, left elbow on sphinx arm of throne, and left hand holding spear on left shoulder. She wears chiton, himation, aegis and crested Corinthian helmet.
Under right arm an ivy leaf.
Inscriptions in Greek on throne and at right.
