Narrow fragment of a cotton printed in red, blue and white commemorating the Louisiana Purchase of 1803. Design shows flags, bows and arms of Napoleon and the states that came out of the Purchase: Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Wyoming, Missouri, Idaho. Probably roller-printed for the Louisiana Purchase centennial held in St. Louis in 1904.
