DescriptionLight blue damask; a design of conventional scrolls, leaves and fruit, woven also of light blue. On this are brocaded sprays of flowers, of pink and greenish yellow silk and gold and silver thread. The metal thread was made by winding silk with thin strips of silver, or silver gilt. Pieced.
