Purplish-brown warps and purplish-brown and black wefts , reversible. Tri-lobed compartments, alternating brown and black, intersecting to form fan-like motifs. On brown grounds, a pair of affronted griffins flanking a tree, framed by a narrow band bearing kufic inscription; kufic inscriptions in lobes above roundel. Many holes; some shredding; frayed edges.
