The pattern (small boats with people in them, ducks, and fish) is reversible, either white and silver on a crimson ground or crimson on a white and silver ground. Chinese influence in drawing of design. Warps: red silk and white silk. Wefts: red silk, white silk, and white silk wound with silver.
