DescriptionGoat on a rock in the foreground left; cows right; house center, beyond a wall. On Narrow River Roads, S. Kingston, R.I., near Mooresfield. Home of James McSparran, rector of St. Paul's Church (the Old Narragansett Church). In this house, said to have been built about 1690, John Smibert and Dean Berkeley were often entertained.
