Delicate, wrought tongs having a broad, ribbon-like bow twisting to flat arms in the shape of an attenuated triangle that terminate in cast bird’s talons. Bright-cut engraving in a diaper pattern appears along arms while bow is decorated with scalloped, floral design.
Engraved "NAI" in sprigged script within a lozenge on the outside of bow, and "Pell." in script on arm of tongs.
Ed: The name Pell is followed by a "."
Marked "C B" within a rectangle on inside of bow.
