DescriptionFinely-spun linen ground, sheer tabby-weave;full loom width. At each end, a row of units showing trees encircled with sprigs and leaves, all embroidered with pink, blue and green silks and gold yarns in double darning, double running and satin stitches. Also at each end, narrow needle-woven borders of silk and gold, showing lozenges. A number of brown stains; one hole. One end frayed. Silks faded; gold yarns tarnished and worn.
