DescriptionPorcelain with gold decoration. Shallow rectangular dish with shaped, upturned edges formed by molded decoration suggesting folded corners from which molded scrolling leaves appear. Rectangular section of intended decoration of all-over pattern of short, curving lines bordered by hammered pattern. Molded and gilt scrolling plant curving from one corner. Striped gilt pattern on 'folded' corners.
Marks On underside, printed within a double circle in black: "Haviland and Co. Limoges" and next to it, also in black, "H &Co / L". Impressed under glaze: "L"
