The oval tray has an undulating rim with six slight indentations. The rounded sugar bowl has an indented footring and a slightly domed
cover with a flower knop. The straight-sided cup is indented at the base and has an ear-shaped handle; the saucer is in the shape of a
shallow bowl. All of the pieces are decorated with a strong yellow ground and polychrome reserves of children in landscapes. On the tray a
small boy seated by a girl plays with a bird cage and net; on the sugar bowl a boy holds a bunch of grapes and a girl lifts an apple from a
basket; on the cup a seated boy holding a small sickle leans to strike an unseen target; on the saucer a seated girl holding a distaff spins
