Light blue silk taffeta, trimmed with narrow café-au-lait bands. Bodice (a) cut like fitted jacket, pointed in front with draped tail behind; peplum all around; V neck; self buttons down front; three-quarter length sleeves. Skirt (b) flat in front, gathered behind; two shaped panels at sides. Trimmed with three ruffles on all edges broken. A number of stains, especially under arms. Hem frayed.
