Dark red satin; the ground is marked off into diamonds by stems and palmettes in each diamond is a symmetrical conventional plant, and inscriptions in Persian or Arabic. At the point of one diamond is the head of a Cherubim and two crosses, worked with gold and silver thread and small quantities of blue green and black silk. “1887” in arabic characters.
