Vessel made of clear, colorless glass with a rounded body, tapered neck, and flared lip. The neck has a cloudy white band around the neck framed by two thinner bands of interlaced black threads. There is a round applied foot and applied strips on both sides of the body to act as grips. Grooves are pressed horizontally into the lip. One of the grooves is deeper and spout-like.
Marked on bottom with white glass "J".
