DescriptionThe face is bearded, and the eye-sockets are hollow. Part of the attachment for the cover's hook survives at the rear. The features are slightly African, and the lips were inlaid. Two small horns, one mostly broken away, provide the identification. The vase is dented and cracked. The bottom and cover are missing. Much corroded; dark green patina.
