Schematically modeled head from a Hathor figure. It is made of red clay. The facial features are applied. There are traces of color (slip) on the surface. The surface is deteriorated.

From Thebes (Deir El-Bahri). 1904: Excavated by Edouard Naville for the Egypt Exploration Fund; assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund by the government of Egypt; 1905: given to the MFA by the Egypt Exploration Fund.
