Foreparts: white ribbed silk ground heavily embroidered with gilt-silver yarns (some over parchment) in stylized vegetative motif at opening, pocket flaps and skirts; vining motif to sides. Cotton back, lining. Single breasted. 13 cotton covered buttons embroidered with gilt-silver wire and spangles on foil. 2 pockets. Skirts flare to sides. Lacing closure at back.
