White wool twill, soft nap surface, with border of oak leaves and acorns embroidered in satin stitch with green, brown, and reddish-brown silk, along fronts, lapels, and on corners of standing collar and pockets. Lined with cotton; remains of back white wool twill (calamanco). Stains, holes.
