Obv: Nude bust of Washington facing right, surrounded by a beaded rim. Bust is identical to the “BORN FEB 22” medal except that the signature, LOVETT, on the truncation has been filled in.
Rev: Inscribed CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION / OCT. 18. 1883. above the image of a house, with WASHINGTON’S / HEAD QUARTERS / NEWBURGH N.Y inscribed below and surrounded by a beaded rim.
