Obverse: Profile bust of Venceslaus looking to proper right; inscribed at edge “VENCESLAUS BOHEMUS”.

Reverse: Inscribed “PRAEMISLAT III./OTTOCARIBOREMIAE/REGIS FILIUS/PRAEMISLET I./POLONIAEREGIS GENER./OBIIT PRAGAR A.D.1305/REGNIIN POLONIO F./AETATIS 53./D.24.JUN”.
