White cotton cape cut circular with ruffled plain cotton flounce turned back from neck band, design of slender stem curving in deep scallops and bearing quatre-foil and trefoil blossoms and several types of leaves, embroidered with white cotton thread in Oriental, knot, bouillon knot, stem, and link stitch; somewhat yellowed, a number of stains.
