Obv: Coronet bust of Liberty facing left with nine stars above and WILLIAM R. BROWN below, the whole surrounded by a beaded rim
Rev: CONGRESS HALL SARATOGA SPRINGS around a perched eagle with a shield on its chest and an olive branch and arrows in its talons, the whole surrounded by a beaded rim
Edge: milled
This is probably a game counter as well as a store card and is designed to resemble a gold Eagle. It is holed through the M and R on the obverse.
