DescriptionWinter court hat worn by sixth degree, 2nd rank, civil or military official. Black velvet hat, crown covered with red silk floss crown. Hat ornament of gold-plate with prism-shaped stone of opaque white glass at top and small blue rhinestone at front. Hat lined with blue cotton. Blue cotton tape attached to each side of hat.
