High flat crown; flat, short-back brim wide at sides; blue silk welting and yellow binding at brim edge; yellow hatband; silk on crown sides warps around to flaring point at right front; blue-black-yellow wired ribbon bows (2 on brim top at sides, one at center crown side); two ribbon ties and one bow at right side of brim bottom.
