DescriptionBlack velvet shallow pillbox hat with large black self-covered button at center crown from which emerges a veil of black net that falls over all edges. Lined with synthetic plain weave; interior edge trimmed with black grosgrain ribbon. Two faux tortoishell combs on either side held on with elastic. Labelled at interior center: "PECK & PECK / FIFTH AVENUE NEW YORK" Stamped label with number at edge.
