Plum-colored quilted silk hood, red silk ribbon chin ties and bows at top and back, padded flap around neck, brown glazed wool lining, three parallel casings starting around face with drawstrings inside along top, three thin white stripes in selvedge of plum-color silk (visible on inside front edge)
