White, “sheer lingerie” cotton blouse detailed with fine pleating at shoulders and wide collar decorated with pulled and drawn work in geometric pattern and embroidered spots and edged with tatting. Buttoned center front of the blouse has a ruffled jabot finished in the same drawn and pulled embroidered work, long sleeves with full cuffs and cotton ties at the back. Small label at lower front reads “All Hand Made.”
