Empire waistline strapless dress of white silk chiffon with jacquard floral pattern, overprinted with second floral pattern in orange, purple and gray, silk taffeta underskirt with horsehair braid and black embroidered net at hem. Bodice embroidered with plastic sequins, cotton threads and glass beads; twisted band of black net embroidered with black polka dots over pink taffeta below bust. Zipper at center back. Labeled: “Geoffrey Beene / New York”. Bolero jacket of white silk chiffon with jacquard floral pattern, overprinted with second floral pattern in orange, purple and gray. Entirely embroidered with pink plastic sequins, re-embroidered with black sequin and glass bead polka dots; front edges and much of back embroidered with floral pattern in cotton threads, sequins and glass beads. Labeled: “Geoffrey Beene” (label with woven bow-tie pattern)
