Woman’s black and white gingham print dress with a full, pleated skirt, attached bolero jacket with 3/4 sleeves and 5 black plastic buttons on each sleeve and 8 plastic buttons along the front, and a silk white polka-dot bow tie at the collar. Labeled: “Bergdorf Goodman/ On the Plaza/ New York”. Matching belt.
