Long black evening dress made of two layers of silk organza with off-the-shoulder round neckline ending in enormous balloon sleeves, and empire waistline trimmed with picot-edged silk satin ribbon forming an “X” shape across the bodice ending in side bow. Elastic at collar and cuffs. 16.5” zipper down center back. The dress is constructed with two side seams with pinked edging on the interior. Label at right side of interior bodice reads “Bill Blass.”
