DescriptionWhite organdy dress with white sequins. Empire waisted and off-the-shoulder neckline with layered ruffles along neckline and on sleeves. Yellow, red and purple striped ribbon bow around waistline. Floor-length skirt in ruffled layers of tulle. Center back zipper and hook and eye closure. Lined in plain weave white silk, boned in the bodice, and interfaced in the hemline (plastic). Interior Label: "SCAASI BOUTIQUE"
