Black dress with longsleeved velvet bodice, silk plain weave belt and black and white tulle multi-layered skirt. Sleeves have black embroidery at bottom layer, and white cotton rosettes at the tip of sleeves and along the round, high neckline. Zipper and hook and eye clasp at center back. Bodice is lined in black silk plain weave. Originally designed in Fall 1977, #1935.
