DescriptionEmpire waist strapless evening gown with dark brown silk ruched bust and bow tied at upper back. Black silk bluson style, black velvet circular flounce and black interior tulle (showing at bottom). Interior is lined in black plain weave silk with boning at bodice. Center back sipper with hook and eye clasp.
