Dark blue lace, floor-length, strapless evening dress with upright ruffle. Vertically pin-tucked sheer tulle bodice. Floor-length skirt with multiple tiers of lace. Center back zipper and hook and eye closure. Internal crinoline and tulle in skirt, bodice lined with boning. Interior Label: “ARNOLD SCAASI” Spring 1979, #319, Navy Lace ruffled “Infanta” dress.
